ServiceNow

ServiceNow is our organization’s self-service IT platform, used to streamline IT support and requests. Students, staff, faculty members and researchers can use ServiceNow to submit IT incidents, troubleshoot common issues, request access to IT-managed software and hardware, find or download software, and more. The platform provides a centralized hub for IT services, helping users resolve technical issues efficiently.

UService

UService is the University of Calgary’s shared service model, providing centralized support for IT, HR, Payroll, Finance (including supply chain, purchasing cards, and research accounting), and Research Services. Designed to streamline administrative processes, UService offers a single point of contact for faculty, staff, and researchers to get assistance, submit requests, and access essential resources efficiently.
